Captured this at a Chuck Wagon Cook-off event in Chandler, AZ. Cookies (not computer cookies, rather chuck wagon cooks) from Arizona and the southwest gathered for a cook-off contest. Given specific ingredients they have to create their own menus and make it edible for the judges as well.
